We repair Bang & Olufsen televisions, music systems, loudspeakers, telephones and remote controls. We can also advise on home network problems. Wherever possible, repairs are carried out in your home. In some instances two visits will be required, but this can normally be avoided if an accurate fault description is provided before the initial visit.

With fully trained engineers we can complete most repairs in the comfort of your own home or in our state of the art service department based in Sussex. We take safety very seriously and have invested in the best of test tools and a special anti static area, which makes your beloved equipment get the very best treatment.
Classic Bang & Olufsen
We can repair most Bang & Olufsen products produced within the last 10-15 years. Older products are now getting difficult to repair as the parts required are slowly becoming obsolete. High quality alternatives will be sourced from trusted 3rd party suppliers if possible. Please get in touch to confirm the service status of your Bang & Olufsen.
On-Site Repairs
Wherever possible, repairs are carried out in your home in one visit. Therefore, it is important to provide as much information about your system and the fault, so a reliable diagnosis can be made prior to our visit. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated cost of repair before the work is undertaken.
Repair Warranties
All chargeable repairs are covered by a 90 day parts & labour warranty for the same fault, unless otherwise stated. Certain Bang & Olufsen parts carry a 6 month, or even a 12 month warranty. Repairs use genuine Bang & Olufsen parts, wherever possible. If the required part is no longer available from Bang & Olufsen, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative supplier.
Payment
If your Bang & Olufsen equipment is under warranty and the fault is with the product itself, Bang & Olufsen will cover the cost of repair. If the problem is with setup, installation or associated items the repair will be chargeable. For chargeable repairs, we accept payment by bank transfer, cash and most credit & debit cards.
